Bedroom and connecting lounge

The accommodation is a two roomed apartment in a traditional Victorian terrace 5 mins walk from Winchester City Centre. It's a lovely home and the advertised rooms are as follows.
There is a large furnished lounge including fridge and microwave, wall mounted tv, double sofa and single matching chair + desk and chair. There is also a small built in wardrobe in the lounge area.
You walk through the lounge to reach the bedroom which has a double bed (although the accommodation is for a single male only) , chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.
There is shared used of the bathroom, which has a bath with integral shower, the kitchen and utility room.
