Attic room to let in a lovely house near station

We have just secured a lovely house that’s near Winchester train station. Google map says it’s an eight minute walk, but it feels like less. It’s in a quiet pretty street.

There are three decent bedrooms. Yours would be the one in the attic. The rest of the house is unfurnished, but we are working on that and plan to make it homely. You’ll be sharing with me (a journalist) and Sadie (market researcher). You’ll be joining a new household, so we hope this place can feel very much like your home too, rather than you living with us.

About the house:
Lovely wooden floors throughout – except my bedroom and your bedroom. Good sized bathroom. Decked garden, so no need to lawn mower the grass
Kitchen with separate dining room.
Visitors car park space.
There are agency fees :0( But we are told it won't be a lot.

We’d love to live with someone who is friendly and social, but happy to do their own thing too. Being considerate is a must but also very happy to do your bit around the house.

We are not perfect either, so I guess it’s just a case of meeting you and seeing if you like the house, you like us and we like you.
