The house is in a highly sought after road next to the water meadows and winchester college playing fields. There is on road permit parking available.
There is a large bathroom and a downstairs WC, a well equipped kitchen, nice garden with a large shed and loft for storage. A cleaner is included in the price who comes to the house once a fortnight and cleans the communal areas. The room is available from the 16th June. The house is a 10-15 minute walk to town, the hospital and the university. There are two nice pubs within a 5 minute walk.
