A small double room/large single available in a lovely 3 bed house in Badger Farm (Winchester). Room overlooks the front of the house. Large communal areas downstairs. Parking on the drive or road. We have a garage and a garden. We are both very clean and tidy, friendly and looking to stay in this house as it is so nice. Very reasonable rent for a property in Winchester. The house was unfurnished so the room would be empty. Tne current tennant has a single bed and may be willing to sell it for a small cost
