The water heater is in the cupboard, so the room stays nice and warm in winter, but a large window keeps it cool and breezy in summer. The flat is 4 floors and has everything you could need - kitchen, dining room, living room, 3 bathrooms, washing machine, etc. We have a good sized garden (with table, chairs, and a bbq) and a basement for extra storage.
The housemates are easy going and friendly working adults looking for someone to move in to a very social environment. We often go out to one of the many pubs around Winchester, have a bbq in the back garden, or just sit around and watch terrible tv together.
The flat is in the perfect location. There is a bus stop 3 doors down, the train station in a 5 minute walk, town centre is a 10 minute walk, and there is easy access to the M3 and A34. Just across the street is an upscale food shop, a cafe, and a few takeaways.
Permit parking is easy to find and you can usually park in front of the house at night if you time it correctly!
