Located a mile of the city centre, train station and across the road from a gym you will be hard pressed to find anywhere as well located for near the price. There is a small shared room which is presently being used as a store but will be mostly empty when you move in. I'm not under urgent time pressure to fill it but it's available from the weekend of the 14th-15th of february, or any weekend from a fortnight after that.

After your share of council tax, electricity and phone/internet the total bills + rent is £550. 50 pcm.

I am a fairly quiet and easy going housemate, ideally looking for a similar minded person to move in. If you have a problem or want to chat I will usually answer if you knock at the door of my room. I work 9-5 pretty close by and won't be in the bathroom until after 8am on weekdays which is a weird thing to say but that's a pretty convenient arrangement for most people.

This is a 1st floor flat, and the room will be unfurnished as the flat came white goods only. The room itself, aside from being generously sized has South facing windows. The park is off the road.
