We have an unfurnished, double room to let in our 4 bedroom house in central Winchester. The property is just a few minutes walk from Winchester train station and within 10 minutes walk from the city centre. The room is a spacious double, and the house benefits from a shared lounge, large kitchen, garden, a weekly cleaner and the price is inclusive of bills.

I'm sadly leaving this really amazing houseshare for the big city and need to find someone to take on the room for the beginning of October. We rent the property through a letting agent and I can confirm exact costs once I've heard back from them. (Damage deposit, refs, etc...)
