Single room en suite, near hospital

Single bedroom with a wardrobe, chest of draws, bed side table. Exclusive use of a bathroom which comprises of a shower, wash basin & toilet adjacent to the bedroom. Use of the kitchen is also available, however the lounge area is not. The room for rent has to be for a non-smoker.

This is my family house and is currently occupied by my son and myself, along with a cat and miniature dachshund.

Location: the house very close to the university and hospital. It is a 16min walk to the train station and city centre. There are several nearby bus routes. On street permit parking can also be provided if you have a car. Would also consider a Mon-Fri lets at a reduced rate.
