Looking for friendly, sociable flatmate

Hi there :)

I am currently looking for a flatmate to move into the second bedroom in a great flat, only a 15 minute walk from the town centre, gym, and train station. I am a part-time student and work part-time as a nanny during term time. My boyfriend also visits regularly, not everyday, we are both sociable and we wouldn't want to feel like you have to shut yourself away in your room when he is visiting!

The flat is in a well-maintained block, with a lot of outside space, and spacious living room. There is a washing machine and broadband. I also have Apple TV and Netflix which I would be happy for you to use. The room has a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and two other small cabinets.

I am looking for someone tidy, who likes to socialise (watching a film, having a chat over a glass of wine/cup to tea etc.), and who wants a place that feels homely. I am happy for you to have friends and family to visit.
