Couple currently living in a very spacious house 15min walk from central Winchester and looking for someone to replace the current housemate from 1 December. House includes large lounge, kitchen and conservatory and enclosed paved outside. Fully furnished and equipped. I have Sky TV and broadband which is included in the bills. The room includes a double bed, small built in wardrobe and chest of drawer but can be removed if you have your own furniture. We also have two very loveable cats and a puppy so anyone interested must like animals.
