The house is located in a peaceful road with Winchester High Street 15 minutes walk away, the train station just over 10 minutes and the Hospital is 5 minutes away.
We have installed a lockable bike shed in the rear garden for your use.

The house has a sociable kitchen/living room. A beautiful high quality Kitchen with granite worktops and comes fully equipped with everything you need.

The living room has a wall mounted smart TV a dining table, comfortable leather sofa and chairs. The patio doors lead onto a great garden with patio furniture, perfect for BBQ's or quiet space to relax.

There is a washing machine and tumble dryer which is included in the rent, along with a vacuum and iron/ironing board for your use.

We have installed Sky's speediest broadband for your convenience.

Service

The service we provide, regular maintenance of property and garden. High standard of fire safety and gas/electric certificates, professional friendly landlord service we are members of the NLA and we care about the comfort and safety of our tenants.

We take care in selecting the right tenants to ensure a happy harmonious house. The people you will share with will be working professionals in their 20’s - 30’s.
