Double room with its own bathroom in a lovely terraced house a short walk from the city centre. On street parking.

The room and bathroom are the attic conversion so you can be very self contained, but there is a nice lounge with a log burner to relax in too. The garden has plenty of room for a lounger in the sunshine and a BBQ come warmer months.

I'm looking for a female professional non-smoker. I will ask for a deposit and a contract but am flexible on term.

Bills are part of the rental including a cleaner most weeks (all weeks from August but till then I work some night shifts). There will be a small additional charge for a parking permit.
