I have a really nice 3 bedroom house on which I need help with rent. I am a 34 year old private teacher, running a business from the third bedroom which is set up as office space.
The house is well situated for town centre, motorway, train station, hospital, university and other local amenities.
I would consider any offers but obviously I am working min to fri so need someone who won't be up partying till 3am on school nights!
The house is fully furnished, nice garden, and anything already here is free for anyone to use.
Personally I am a really easy going individual though focussed on work and would look forward to receiving interest from similar individuals.
As this is a let any party interested would have to undergo credit check and admin fee would be payable to landlord. To help with this I am charging £500 pm all in which is cheap for the property standard. I am willing to make up shortfall on council tax etc in order to get in the correct individual. Move in date is flexible and I will consider an earlier or later move in date....
