The house is light, spacious, and situated in a central spot in Winnall, Winchester. 15 minutes walk to the centre of Winchester, 5 minutes walk to a 24 hour Tesco and 10 minutes walk to the WSA University campus.
The house has a large communal bathroom, separate toilet, communal kitchen with available storage space for a new housemate, a gravel drive that is currently unoccupied and a small patio/garden area at the back of the house. The room itself has a single bed with storage drawers beneath, a bookcase, desk (and desk chair) a built in clothes rail and a small sink. Rent is £360 and bills are £40 per month.
