Large room to rent in a great house (Winchester)

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to find someone to take over my room as I'm moving back to London. I'm sad to be leaving this awesome house which is probably the best value that you're going to find in Winchester.

The house is 2 minutes walk from the train station, so really central but also on a quiet road.

The house is lovely with a big kitchen, separate living room and garden. The room is large with an original fireplace, it is currently unfurnished but I am happy to discuss selling some of my furniture if it's of interest to you.

You'll be moving in with really great housemates who I'm going to be sad to leave. They are aged between 26-30 and working professionals (2 males, 1 female). Everyone has busy jobs and their own lives but is really friendly so it would be nice to find someone similar.
The rent is: £455 per month (inc bills- bargain!)

The deposit is: £420

The move in date is 1st March. If you're interested then just message me with a few details about yourself so I can pass these on to the housemates :)
