I have a Fantastic room available 5 mins walk from Winchester high street. Easy access to the train station and near some great restaurants. The room is large and has a built in wardrobe with en-suite. We are moving to Australia so would let all furniture 2 new wardrobes from Ikea, 2 side tables, a double bed full length mirror and TV go for £150.
At the top of a 3 story house, large windows make the room very bright and airy. Shared living room with large TV comfortable reclining sofas and BT fibre 60MB broadband.
The house mates you will be sharing with are Pete a business analyst and Gabby a PR and design guru. Both are very sociable and enjoy movie nights in and socializing in the pub.
