The house is big for 3 and definitely worth viewing! We have outside space, a balcony, a garage, lots of extra storage and plenty of space for 3 cars to park plus additional spaces weekends and evening.
We are 2 friendly sociable professional people; Chris 35, Charlie 45. We enjoy cooking, and the odd glass of wine or gin – hoping to find a like minded 3rd housemate!
The house came unfurnished but all you woulwd need is your own bedroom furniture (although a 3 door wardrobe comes with the room).
The new contract will be for 6 months but possibility of extending after
