I am looking for lodgers. You must do your fair share of the housework as I am no longer able to do much due to a heart condition. If you wish to do extra chores for a consideration then that is a possibility. I have 3 rooms available, one of which is a double sized room. Due to the rules set out by Southampton Council a couple must pay as much as 2 single people as I am restricted in how many can live in my house. You will be LODGERS NOT TENANTS.
