Double room in Woolston

Double room, furnished, 5 minute walk to the water and also Lidl, maybe 30 minute walk to NOCS and about 45 to Southampton town centre. Really nice area, close to Weston foreshore, woodland and parks, Woolston high street has a couple of shops and pubs too. The house has extra storage space for tenants in the easily accessible attic and garden shed if they need it. I often travel with work, and there is a study if I do need to wfh, but otherwise that room has a sofa bed if you have a mate visiting. Separate dining room and a living room with a fire place. There is also a downstairs bathroom with shower. All the bills are included including council tax which is band c. For lets less than 3 months or couples the rent would be £1100. Cheers, Hazel
