Nice Room in our home in Woolston

We have a spare room in our home and would like to offer it to a nice person (non smoker) who would appreciate living in our house.
The room has a view over our back garden; has a central heating radiator to keep you warm!
There is a nice, comfortable double bed, chest of drawers, bed side tables, a large built in cupboard/wardrobe and a bookcase and the room is fully carpeted.
The bathroom has a bath and shower over, wash hand basin, cupboard and WC.
Downstairs there is a dining room with TV and the lounge also has a TV and comfortable chairs. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal. At the end of the kitchen there is a laundry with washing machine, large cupboard, wash hand basin and another WC.
There is on road parking and we are not overlooked at the front as we are opposite to a local junior school. The road is very quiet and we have nice neighbours on both sides of our home.
My husband is Australian and I am from England, our children live in Perth, Australia so we try to make an annual visit them, during that time, you would be in the home alone. My cousin will call in to collect our mail and can answer any problems you may have.
All bills are included - (subject to reasonable usage of the utilities), council tax, together with Wifi.
