I own a 2 bedroom flat in Centenary Quay and am looking to let the spare room (including its own spacious bathroom).

The room is in very good condition. The room is furnished, and I am open to purchasing additional furnishings within reason (a desk / chair for example).

There is a good sized shared kitchen (including dishwasher) and living room

The property has a balcony which overlooks the Ocean Village Marina.

There is also good broadband included (500mbps download).

Council tax is included in rental price.

I am a live in landlord, I am a 28 year old professional who mostly works from home.

Tend to keep to myself but am not unsociable!

I am quite a tidy person, looking for someone similar!
