Huge furnished room with super king bed in lovely house with a newly fitted kitchen and garden. There are two bathrooms, a dining room and living room with TV.

The room is available for 6 months (December - June) in the Woolston area of Southampton.

A 15 minute walk to the train station and even closer to bus links, maybe a 10 minute drive from the M27 too. You can get resident permits for the road.

There's a big Lidl supermarket round the corner, and it's really close to Solent water, Weston Foreshore (just about visible from the bedroom window!) and West Wood.

Additional storage space available in the boarded, easily accessible attic, and only living with one other clean and friendly professional female (38).

Ideally looking for someone for at least 3 months, but would consider shorter. All bills, internet and Netflix included.
