Room available at Vantage Tower in Woolston

Double room available unfurnished in new building with doorman, gym, communal areas. I am 39, hotel manager, live alone, just moved to Southampton. I’m on a 1-year contract so may or may not move at the end of July 2026. You will have your own bathroom, as well as a shared kitchen and living room with balcony. There is a dishwasher and combination washer/dryer. Everything is brand new and works well. I would like a flatmate who will help to keep the shared spaces tidy and clean all the time. As you’ll see in the photos I haven’t done much decorating/furnishing. No pets please, no smoking even on the balcony (building rule). Monthly price is for rent including Wi-Fi; we can share heat, water and electric cost. Council tax band C is already paid. Parking available in garage for 50/month. Prospective tenants will need to submit rental history check to building, but not credit check.
