Furnished/unfurnished single room

Furnished single room within good sized victorian terraced house, near bus/train links within walking distance of central Southampton/Woolston and Bitterne. Would suit student/professional. Use of house and garden, own kitchen stuff would be nice, but I do have a few saucepans and the like! Must be reasonably(!)tidy, and able to be flexible over bathroom (there is a downstairs loo). Two little friendly dogs live with us, so you need to be canine canny!
