Furnished Double Room (Bed, Desk, Wardrobe, Bookcase, TV) in our 2 bedroom house looking for a lodger.
Quiet road in Woolston, near the bridge so easy access into Southampton, on the bus routes and train to Southampton/Portsmouth. House isn't overlooked so really is quite nice. Parking is on-street if required (permit for our road) but free parking in the next road.
House had everything you should need, Lounge, dining room, kitchen (with washing machine & dishwasher), and shower & bath in the bathroom. We have Sky TV in the lounge, and also wireless broadband through the house.
We're a couple, both work Full Time, looking for a lodger, but we're pretty socialable and like to get on with people as well. Enjoy a drink at weekends and we keep the house clean and tidy but we're realistic and realise we not all perfect, so a normal person is welcomed!
