The flat has full double glazing and gas central heating and is nicely decorated throughout, including a newly refitted kitchen. You would have use of all kitchen appliances, as well as a separate kitchen cupboard, and shared use of living room.

The flat is located in a small, quiet cul-de-sac and is a 10 min walk to Woolston Station and the Woolston bus terminus, so easily accessible to the city centre and out of town. The M27 (junctions 5, 7 & 8) is approx 15 mins by car dependant on traffic.
