Rooms to rent in owner occupied house

Two rooms to rent in large, old house, all bills included except telephone. Lodger has own bathroom with spa bath, shower and basin. Very large dog lives in the house. MUST love animals. Small room £90 per week and larger room £100 per week. Evening meals (not vegetarian) included Mon - Thurs. Other meals by negotiation. No off road parking but no parking restrictions on road. Close to bus stops and train station and near to city centre. Lodger must be working full time. Previous lodgers recommend. No time wasters please.
