Double en suite bedroom in waterside flat

Hi,
I have a lovely double room with en suite available in a spacious waterside apartment.
The room available is bigger of the two bedrooms and has an en suite shower room. It has a very large built in wardrobe but the room is unfurnished, however if furniture is needed I can get it furnished. The rest of the flat is fully furnished.
Parking is pretty good, the flat comes with one space but there's parking in the same road, me and my current flatmate have never had any issues and neither have our visitors!
The flat is a short walk to Weston shore and has a lovely large balcony, which has views over Southampton water, it is 1 of 6 in it's block, and situated in a cul de sac so it's really peaceful and quiet. There's large windows through out the flat which make it lovely and light.
There is a bus route very close by which goes straight into town, I use the bus to commute to work everyday. The m27 is also a quick drive away.

I am a 27 year old professional, I am a retail manager and work just in town, I work some weekends, when I'm not working I like to relax by cooking, watching TV or a film. I'd like to live with someone who is looking for a home and is happy to socialise.
The room can be available from beginning of August
Rent is £387. 50 and then bills on top, which work out around £150, this includes council tax, water, electric, tv licence, sky and broadband.
The deposit is £400. No agency fees, but will have to have reference check.
