First floor flat to share.

The flat is fully furnished, warm and comfortable. We would share all the facilities. It’s a first floor flat with a second and third room in the attic extension which are now spare. There's 3 bedrooms altogether, one bathroom, a kitchen and living room. It’s clean and quiet but the kitchen and bathroom could do with renovating. There is no washing machine but Bitterne laundrette is good. There is free parking on the street and always space available. Plenty of shops and Woolston railway station only 5 minutes walk. The 2 rooms for rent are upstairs and quite presentable. One is 4. 2x2. 7m with a choice of a double or single bed (bought at ikea 2 years ago). The second room is a snug 1. 7x3m with a sloping roof and attic window. I may only rent the large room if I can find the right person.
I’m an easy going design professional and I get on well with all age groups, races, male and female. I have rented this flat for 2 years with my two sons who have just gone to university.
I will take a few days to make a selection so it is not available immediately, but most probably by end of September.
