Double Room to Rent

We are looking to let one of the bedrooms in our 4 bedroom home. The room is a large double and can be available furnished or unfurnished. The room has sky TV which is included along with bills in the price. We are a friendly couple with a dog who is also very friendly! We are looking for either a male/female or couple to share our home with. The price for a couple is £500 per month inc bills. There is only one bathroom in the property so we will need to share. The house has a very large kitchen diner, lounge, dining room and enclosed front and rear garden. There is no off road parking available but plenty of places to park on the road (which is where we park). Deposit is £650. Please let us know if you have any more questions!
