The house has been recently refurbished. It boasts a brand new kitchen with dishwasher. The bathroom is new with shower over bath. There is a separate downstairs toilet and a double sitting room, broadband.
Rooms upstairs has a wooden floor, is furnished and has a good quality mattress. The house is very quiet. The garden is small but south west facing and very private, perfect for sunbathing and barbecue. The existing household is mostly concerned about finding a housemate clean, tidy and considerate. We are very friendly and well mannered and we like to share house with people who have a mature attitude to sharing .
