Double Room In A Relaxed House Near Qa Hospital

Double room close to QA hospital Off road parking .Its a two bedroomed property with myself using the other room. close to bus routes and within walking distance to Cosham.
I like my gadgets and the kitchen has plenty . Shared bathroom and lounge
and an "in progress" garden which hopefully will get completed by next summer.

High speed fibre broadband included and the bedroom is furnished with the basics .
I have an elderly cat as can be seen in one of the pictures so must be able to share his home happily .

I work in social care so keep various hours but when i am home i tend to spend a lot of time in my room which leaves the lounge free.

Im a quiet though sociable housemate who enjoys cooking and watching movies .

Im looking for ideally a longer let lodger who must be working. Please no time wasters as I have already had so many.
