I am looking for someone clean, tidy, responsible and considerate of others to share my 3 bedroom house with me in a quiet neighbourhood in Yateley. Due to my profession in hospitality my schedule is varied so you will have the space mostly to yourself.

The house is situated in walking distance to a supermarket and the bus stop of the no. 3 bus (Yateley to Aldershot) allowing for easy access to Blackwater train station or Camberley train station. The property also benefits from drive way parking. The house’s location means easy access to M3, Heathrow airport (33 mins), Gatwick airport (1hr 20mins) and all local villages and towns: Sandhurst, Camberley, Crowthorne, Fleet and Reading.

The room comes with a double bed with draws and build in wardrobe with mirror doors. Currently a blank canvas, the room has huge scope to add your personality into it and make it yours.

The house has a modern kitchen with modern appliances (fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, nutribullet, mixer/kitchen aid and washer/dryer). There is a large open plan living/dining room. The living room has a set of 2 and 3 seat sofas and a tv, whilst the dining room allows for comfortable social dinners of 4 with views through large patio doors into the garden. The garden (my pride and joy) has a lovely patio area with garden furniture , herbaceous border and lawn. It also has a lockable shed to keep a bike. Further rooms in the house are a small reading nook room/ yoga space, an office, another bedroom with a Hemnes day bed (this would be used once in a blue moon for occasional guests). The property does have two bathrooms, one upstairs with a shower and one downstairs with a bath.

The rent includes all bills (ultrafast broadband from virgin (m125 fibre broadband),electricity, gas, water and council tax).

The room is available 7 days a week or Monday- Friday if preferred.
