Looking for a friendly lodger to live inside my 3 bedroom home in Yateley. I have 1 small dog and my 5 year old son who's lives here 50% of time.
Tennant must be friendly, quiet and clean.

I have one female lodger who rents another bedroom in the house.

Fully furnished - Bed, chest draws, bedside draws - double built in cupboard.

The house is furnished and clean and broadband. The kitchen includes all the usual appliances.
