The house is fully central heated with a parking space and the room comes with full use of an adjacent bathroom, kitchen (with fridge, cooker microwave and dishwasher) and downstairs washing machine.

The bus stop is 2 mins walk and the train station via Sandhurst is 20 minutes away. Shops and supermarkets are situated within the village.

We live with beautiful grounds in front of the house and a peaceful garden at the back.

Broadband, a furnished room and bills are all included with the exception of the telephone bill.

We have an easy going family home of mother and son who enjoy taking our dogs for walks.
