The property is situated in a quiet residential cul de sac. There is a Waitrose supermarket within a 2 minute walking distance, and the M3 motorway junction 4A is a 5 minute drive away.

The room will be furnished, with a single bed. There is some built in storage shelves above the airing cupboard, which is accessed from inside of the bedroom.

The house is furnished and broadband is included. The kitchen includes all the usual appliances. Downstairs toilet in addition to upstairs bathroom. Power shower. Central heating.

I don't have house parties and very rarely have any guests round. My ideal tenant would be someone who is quiet, clean, and friendly
