Flat consists of a bathroom, kitchen and open plan living and bedroom. There is a double bed and a settee. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, cooker, washing machine and microwave. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. It has it's own door with a downstairs hall for boots, coats, etc. Pets considered but this is a working farm. Own transport essential as we are 3 miles from a bus route. Bills included. Need to be comfortable with dogs as ours are out loose sometimes.
