I have a spare room in Bromyard that I'm looking to rent out. I'm a single, professional female (32) and work Mon-Fri. It's in a quiet cul de sac on a nice street. There's parking on the driveway.
It's fully furnished but have space to store furniture if required. The kitchen/ dining room, living room, bathroom (shower and bath) and back-garden are all shared.
All bills (except phonecalls) will be included and I have broadband.
Pets will be considered (I have 3 dwarf hamsters).
