Spacious double room in peaceful parkland

I would prefer a professional person and someone who would like 3/4 nights midweek only but 7 nights a week possible A mature student would be possible. There would be negotiability on price for 3 nights a week ie £40 per night . Use of laundry facilities would be included. Use of the office upstairs also included. Bedding and towels inclusive of price. There are coffee and tea facilities.
The room is large and there is use of double wardrobe and chest of drawers. It overlooks a park and is very quiet. No additional visitors would be allowed.
Prefer someone who would eat out but use of microwave negotiable.
No shift workers please. Parking is available at the front of the house. The park is on a bus route , bus stop just outside the house.
