Double room in friendly home with a cat

Hi, I am looking for an easy going person to come and share our home which is made up of myself, your landlady to be, Nicky, my partner Pete, lodger Kate, lodger Cecilia and my cat called Poppy. This downstairs room has a double bed with bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelf units, desk and chair with connection to wifi, tv and dvd, two comfy chairs and a log burner. You will have sole use of downstairs shower room plus use of the kitchen with your own cupboard and fridge space plus use of the washing machine, tumble drier and use of the garden. You will be able to park off road right outside the house but there is also a bus stop into Hereford city just at the top of the road along with a large Tescos only 5 minutes walk away. There are lovely walks around here and it only takes 40 mins to walk right into city centre. We have a lovely 16 year old cat called Poppy who is friendly bit isn't allowed in the bedrooms. We are a friendly bunch of people who enjoy living in a beautiful space and we are looking forward to sharing our home with someone new.
