My current lodger has just given me 4 weeks notice so this room will be free soon.

TVs in bedroom and sitting room, superfast broadband, parking right outside and all bills included.

Please note that this is a weekday let only and would suit somebody who goes home at weekends and wants to avoid a lengthy commute during the week.

The house is one mile from the city centre - 7 minutes drive to the hospital and 20 minutes walk.

It has one other lodger, a doctor, on the top floor. You would share the kitchen only.

Front door leads directly to your bedroom and separate shower room with laundry room further on.

The area is a small 'Close' of 10 houses, no traffic as it's a dead end, it has parking right outside the door, lovely neighbours, superfast broadband, TV in room, full central heating etc.

Rent INCLUDES: Full superfast broadband,, all gas and electricity (heating etc) water, sewerage, washing machine, large kitchen.

I clean the house, empty all bins and so on. No cleaning for you to do. The house is immaculate and I provide all utensils, plates etc. Microwave. You don't need to bring anything except your own bedding and towels. but you would have your own cupboards for food of course, and the general atmosphere of the house is friendly but personal privacy

The rent of £75 is exceptional and equates to £15 night which incudes all bills, so I know you'd be happy here with nothing else to worry about!
