Single en suite room to rent with shared kitchen

Newly renovated furnished single room with en suite shower room, own private entrance, shared kitchen and parking space for a female professional or student. I am looking for a respectful, easy going, tidy person.

It's a 10 min drive or 40 min walk to city centre, 8 min drive or 40 min walk to hospital. Country Bus route available at certain times and a 10 min walk to city bus stop. House close to open fields.

The room is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedroom chair.

There is access direct to the kitchen and front garden. Bills are included and laundry facilities.

Pre meeting would be a good idea to see if the room and set up would suit the right person. Am happy for short term lets (minimum 3 months) or if all works out to have a continuing rolling tenancy. Mon-Fri let also considered. Would preferably suit someone with a car.
