Mon - Fri, short term or Work Experience?

I have a furnished room to let which would be perfect for Foreign exchange students or anyone working away from home Mon-Fri. I let the room out during the summer to students working for the company I work for, so look for short term lets throughout the rest of the year. The property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with parking, a large garden with 6 hens running riot, access to wireless Broadband and washing machine.
