The room remains secure and for your solo use only during the agreed period, whatever the stay pattern, meaning your belongings can remain in the room ready for the next working week.

This room would suit one tidy, respectful working professional looking for a quiet, well-managed place to stay in Hereford on a short-to-medium term basis, with either 7-day use or a lock-and-leave 5-day / part-week pattern.

It may suit someone working locally, relocating for confirmed work, starting a new role, working at the hospital, contracting locally, or needing a practical furnished stepping-stone while getting settled and deciding on their longer-term accommodation plans.

The house is peaceful rather than social, so it is best for someone independent who wants a calm place to return to after work.

To protect the quiet professional atmosphere, the room is for single occupation only. Sorry, no couples, agencies, parties, regular visitors or overnight guests.

Please note that working from home is not automatically included and would need to be discussed separately depending on pattern and use.
