This accommodation is designed solely for work-related stays, including professionals contracting, relocating to Hereford, or weekday commuters seeking a quiet home-from-home while reducing travel or hotel costs.

Ideal for doctors, locums, consultants, managers, engineers, IT professionals, MoD staff, and similar contract- or placement-based roles.

Licence Conditions (Non-Negotiable)

🚫 Single-occupancy only — no overnight guests
🚫 No smoking or vaping anywhere on or near the property
🚫 Not suitable as a permanent residence or tenancy
🚫 Not suitable for working from home without prior written agreement
