This is an owner-occupied resident-landlord home, with some shared facilities, including shared utility room with the owners. Day-to-day use, however, is generally quiet, respectful and low-interaction, so it suits someone independent who wants a peaceful home-from-home or relocator base, rather than a busy social house-share.

The non-exclusive accommodation may suit someone working locally, relocating for confirmed work, starting a new role, working at the hospital, on a contract / placement, or needing a practical furnished stepping-stone while getting settled and deciding on longer-term plans.

It is particularly well suited to a weekday / part-week professional pattern, although 7-day use may be considered for the right fit.

Lower rates may be considered for a suitable 5-day / part-week professional arrangement where the occupier maintains a main home elsewhere, or if no parking is required.

The room remains secure and for your solo use only, during the agreed period, whatever the stay pattern agreed, meaning your belongings can remain in the room and allocated kitchen / bathroom spaces ready for the next working week.

It may suit medical / care-sector professionals, consultants, doctors, locums, contractors, MoD / IT professionals, those relocating for confirmed work, for fixed contracts/rotations or for weekday professionals wanting a secure home-from-home base while avoiding long commutes, hotel costs or short-term, less flexible Airbnb stays.

This is a peaceful owner-occupied home, rather than a busy social house-share or larger HMO, so it is best for someone independent, considerate and low-footprint who wants a calm place to return to and relax after work.

To protect the peaceful home environment, the room is for single occupation only. Sorry, no couples, agencies, parties, regular visitors or overnight guests.

Please note that working from home is not automatically included and would need to be discussed separately depending on pattern and use.
