Room 3 - Under Refurbishment Available May/June

Sorry, but no pets or smoking / vaping indoors. However there is a Smoking area available at the rear of property.

THE PROCESS:
If you would like to view the room please contact me to arrange a viewing. This can be in person or I can offer video call viewing. Tenants must have the Right To Rent within the UK and therefore will need to supply necessary documentation to verify this. Please bring along photo ID at time of viewing.

If you would like to apply for the room, an Application Form can be easily filled in online.

The suitable tenant will be required to pass affordability checks & will be asked to provide referencing of 3 months bank statements, proof of income, previous address history & Guarantor details (if necessary). A holding deposit can secure your room equivalent to 1wks rent and can be deducted from your first months rent.

Once the Application Form and referencing checks are complete, you will be sent a contract which can be signed online. You will at this point be responsible for paying a security deposit, and one months rent in advance (less your initial holding deposit if applicable) Your deposit will be protected in a government backed safety deposit scheme in line with current legislation.

The whole process can be completed online fairly quickly.
