We fully renovated and extended the property in July 2021, so it benefits from 4 new bathrooms, plus a separate WC, a new fully fitted kitchen with ample cooking, cleaning and storage facilities as well as dishwasher, washing machines and tumble driers.
Superfast broadband is available throughout the house, along with satellite TV. An HD TV, satellite box, bed, sofa, wardrobe and drawers are all provided.

We have a number of tenants at the property - mainly medical and other professionals. This creates a nice, friendly atmosphere of co-habitation.
There is a good size walled garden to the rear where tenants and guests can relax on the decking in peace and quiet.
