I am looking for a woman to rent out my double room, myself, my daughter live in the property . The property is situated opposite the train station and a 3 min walk from the hospital, this room would suit a nurse that works shifts. The room includes all bills and has good WIFI. The room is ideal location. We have a young puppy hanging around the bottom floor but is not allowed upstairs, we are just a normal chilled family and very welcoming
I don’t ask for a deposit just to respect the property and leave it as found
