Double Room + parking close to town and hospital

Fully Furnished light and airy double room to let in a lovely comfortable house for a female professional. I am looking for a respectful, easy going, tidy person, who needs a place to be and rest in the week around their work/job. Would possibly consider a mature student for example the Holme Lacey College. Ideally would suit visiting staff at the hospital or local authority worker.

It's a 10-15 walk to hospital and town centre. Situated in a popular area of Hereford close to open fields.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk, plus also has a TV. It is a shared bathroom with the landlady. An off-road parking space is also included.

There is access to the kitchen and garden. Bills are included and laundry facilities. All bedding included too, so a perfect place to come and rest your head between shifts whilst in Hereford. Not to be considered a permanent address. The landlady is vegetarian and it is mostly a vegetarian household, but not limiting to non vegetarians.

Person needs to be a good fit, so a pre meeting would be a good idea to see if the room and set up would suit the right person. Am happy for short term lets or if all works out to have a continuing rolling tenancy.
