Room has single bed in but could accommodate a double as long as it fits up the stairs disassassembled

Use of all facilities.. big tin shed outside, off road parking, bi garden

Rent 425£ plus half bills (negotiable with bills as I just need someone to move in)

I'm a blacksmithing mature student just entering my last year of studies
